Any thoughts on this DP

I have hit a bit of a problem with my new turbo/header install. The original plan was to go with this piece http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=FLS
with this pipe http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=MDP
then my SAC DP to the rest of the exhaust. Now that its in the turbo is too close to make this work properly. What do you think about this piece which is similar to the above but without the V-band clamp to the outlet to a tight 90 3" pipe to my SAC DP?

I really think a flex pipe would probably help here but the car of course never came with one originally. Any thoughts? Better ideas for this?

A pic without the V-band adapter, also the DP can and will move back a inch or so towards the firewall.

I think....

Without the v-band. Use it to cut and weld a 3" 3.5" 90 onto it. Then fit it to the down pipe.

Here are 90* schedule 10 pipe elbows available in 304 or 316. You could bandsaw them to whichever angle suits your needs .

Well those Mcmaster pieces are nice but I have a steel WG flange and Steel DP, not SS. I'm not sure you can weld those two different metals together. I just got a 3" 180 pipe and the WG adapter sans the V-band clamp. The plan is to cut and weld the 3' to fit the SAC downpipe, some sectioning no doubt will be neccessary.
