    Very true. I have seen some nice setups that people have posted up buying stuff from radio shack. But some others that are not so nice.

      IMHO.
      Without datalogging, I think it's still useful for seeing AFR at idle, AFR at cruise and decel, and you can get a peak number at full boost if your eyes are quick enough. The extra granularity you would see in a datalog is very nice, but I wouldn't call it a requirement for everyone.
