tail lights

Hello there,
I was wondering if any of you may have an answer to a question. The other day I saw some tail lights that I like alot. When I asked the guy if I could get them for my early 85 SVO he told me no but that the lights from an 87 would fit just the same. Other then bulbs have to be switched. I would very much like to get them but am not shure if this is true. Can any of you tell me if it is????

The plastic housings are the same as far as I am aware why not just swap the lenses if it's a look you are going for???

Is there something wrong with your lenses? Please tell me your not putting some ricer tailights on it!

Yeah I kinda figured...I'm looking to get my hands on new lenses that are oem.....mine are faded(the yellow) and have some spider cracks in the plastic(mostly in the white)

wow, i actually like those lights. on that car. i have never seen those type of lights look so right...........or even not ricey.

sorry to say there kenny, but that is the only thing your going to see is my tail lights. let me know if they look any better the smaller they get---------- as i pull away from you.......Kevin
