acc ga light dimming

Tried a search w/o luck. What I'm trying to do is wire my boost ga(autometer)light to dim with the dash lights.

I know that the wiring that goes to the radio has a wire that is controlled by the rheostat in the headlight switch for dash light dimming. The wire that you need is light blue in color with a red stripe.
