I' m thinking of changing my front bumber cover. The one that I have has been repainted numerous times and has a light crack on the left foglight area. My body guy told me it will be cheaper to get a new bumper cover than repair the old one.I don't even know if it's the original one? What do you guy's think.And where should I buy it from?

Only one place has new covers. That is SVP. evidentally your body guy doesnt know what an svo is, or he would be trying to save that one since they are a pain to get used in any beter condition. I would check with Paul and see what lead times are before you go nuts.
The bumper covers are reproduced by Daniel Carpenter from the original mold. They do not sell them direct to the public but through people like Paul. I'm using one on my 7B resto which was also some of the first batch. It even has the Ford part number and date / time stampings on the inside. It is a very nice piece and is ready for primer out of the box. Here it is :
Thanks guys for all your help, I finally got the svo running in oct and went to the steeda show& fun ford weekend. That sunday at the burge rking some idiot I guess back into my svo and cause all this damage.Here are some pics, after I touch it up .

Yes it was , it belong to Wes Phillips ny eric.Wes sold it in 2003 I bought it on ebay approx 1yr ago all mess up.... I have spent a lot of $$$$ to get it how it looks like now.

I thought I recognized the car. i saw the car right before it was sold man it was nice then. His new AWD xr4ti is every bit as nice and super rare.
