    I think they will all crack or buckle if not installed right after all they are all plastic no matter what brand it is. the instructions are specific so as long as I follow those it should be just fine.

      Not true....I've seen them just placed over the dash and left alone with no glue and not buckle or warp....I've parted cars that had them this way. If you understood plastics you would know there is a difference depending on the type used .

        I hear ya...I'm just saying that if done incorrectly there's a chance any of them could buckle/warp at some point. The directions say to not use too much glue because it will not let it expand and contract which explains why the ones you've found that were just sitting on the dash pad were just fine.

                  So, what Brian bought is a COVER and not a PAD. I looked on the 50resto site and saw pads for $200 and covers for $70ish.

                    this is called a cap, or cover.. not the respun dash pads. this will just cover my existing old and holy dash pad now. the black one is about 69 and the dark gray painted is about 20 more.
