17" SVO Magnesium Wheels

I have been seriously looking at having some 17" wheels made in the exact SVO style, in magnesium. I noticed that Ford had originally wanted to put 17" wheels on the SVO, and some racer actually had those. Would anybody have detailed info on those 17" wheels? My logic being that, there are alot of brake systems that I would like to try, and the 16" wheel limits me. Because this is an SVO, I feel that it should stay true to the SVO theme, appearance wise. The car loses its' uniqueness when you put other styles of wheels on it. Then it looks like a regular Mustang that has SVO parts. I will be participating in club roadcourse events with the car. So it will need some decent brakes. I am looking at manufacturers from Baer to Brembos to Alcons. The work will be high quality as usual. So, if anybody can provide me with measurement details of the 17" wheels, or point me in a direction, it would definitely help my endeavor.

I have a set of magnesium wheels on my saleen and i wish I did'nt. They are prone to chip easy and I cannot kep them balanced to save my life. And also the factory wheels do not breath very well either. That why alot of us switch to a different wheel after we upgrade our brakes.

Magnesiums are a bit of a pain in the *** to repair. It takes a bit of an artisan to repair a set to. I'm very aware of how the wheel would cause ventilation problems, but that's where brake ducting would come into play. By the way are those magnesium wheels, the units they put on the Saleen SR351?
