Which ones are you talking about the Kodiaks are road race wheels......hardcore road race wheels...at that.

I thought the same thing. From what I know and have read about them and from what I've seen, these are designed for road racing. I am looking for something that looks good and is not the typical 5-star Mustang type wheel. Those Fikse wheels are nice too, I may check into those as well.

I agree that if the wheel is designed specifically for road racing then it should be fine. I really like the Fiske wheels. I've never seen a price for them though.
