as i am still waiting for my SS break lines i have not done it yet. however i was told (and i cant find where right now) that you only need the adapter for the pass side.
edit: IIRC it was because the threads are different on one side so you did not install it wrong, not sure though right now
I don't remember using an adapter for the brake fitting on the body side on my stainless brake line kit from Maximum Motorsports. I used pn MMBK6F. However, MM does have a brake line fitting pn MMBAK-4 if you use a brake line kit for a SN95 car.
