What is the front ride height w/ H&R Springs?

Looks like I want the H&R Springs.

They may have changed their web site. They list 79-93 as PN 51650. Is this the correct spring to purchase?

I need to drop the front about 1" to line up with my cut IRS rear springs. Will the H&Rs drop an inch?

Anybody want to buy some unused rear springs? i don't think they'll sell just the fronts.
