5.10 VDC for the TPS high end sweep is too high. That would mean your VREF is in the area of 5.3+ VDC, which is too high.

What kind of meter are you using? What does VREF measure at the TPS harness end? At the VAF end?

VREF measures 5.106 Volts at the VAF, and when checking the TPS harness I didn't really know what wires to check but when I checked the black wire and the Orange with a white stripe I was getting 5.107 Volts The meter I'm using is a FLUKE 8060 Multimeter

      so vref is high...

what the chassis/battery voltage with the engine running?

is the evil orange wire of issue causing connected to the turbine inlet securely? (not sure if that is used to reference vref to ground or not...)
      redneck engineered 84 2a, stock 84 1D.

Battery Voltage with the engine running was 14.89 when i first started it and after going for a short drive and coming back to check it again it was very slowly going down. Just after about five minutes of running the voltage went down to 14.62 and it would very slowly drop. This is no good, all the wires in the back seemed to have a good connection, should i take the alternator in and have it checked?
