What I found interesting with the videos as guides was that the truck the guy was working on would spark fine with the spout connector out, but not with it in. Turned out in that case there was an EEC power issue that was the root cause to the no spark issue on the truck...very interesting indeed. Removing the spout connector effectively disconnects the EEC control from the spark circuit, like the first video shows, and can help you diagnose which side of the control circuit has a fault.
With all that said and the fact that the SVO dizzy works in another vehicle, I would try pulling the spout connector and see if it fires. If it does, then start looking at the EEC power circuit. Unfortunately he doesn't go into detail on how he traced down where the issue was, but it does give you some steps to see if the power circuit is the issue. I believe that power relay is inside the vehicle rather than under the hood on the F150, but I could be wrong. Good luck.
