Compression test was 165, 25, 25, 165. No oil in the water no water in the oil so not too big a deal.

I think I found the source of my low compression.

Good work and to reiterate Mike, pretty common area to pop the gasket. Heck, even a former naturally aspirated 2.3L Mustang I had blew its head gasket in the same spot! So long as neither the block nor head decks were damaged, simply replace and go your own way. Make sure your ignition timing is set properly and all ignition items are up to snuff so you don't have to repeat sooner than later.Ted
