Best of my knowledge, just like the regular E6 manifolds. The RF just denotes that it was a replacement part number vice the E6 part number that was put on the car at the time of build.
The E6 manifolds flow better then the E3s and are less likely to crack compared to the E3.

Why put an E3 on? They are very crack prone. You have to use the turbo support bracket and even then they still crack. That's why Ford made the E6 and then the RFE6 respectivly. Is this a show car? Some people feel the RF is more valuable than the original E6. How much more really depends on whether you already have one or not.

I say no more valuable then a normal E6. What kind of shape is it in? Has it surface rust? That alone would decrease the value over a NOS or ceramic coated E6. Are you sure that there are no cracks? Again, if there are then that detracts from the value. Can't really determine what it's worth without some sort of description of it's current condition.
The E6 is a nice upgrade over the E3 that your car originally came with. I would leave it alone.
