From the EVTM:
Check fuse #5 by operating the backup lights. (shares the same circuit)
Replace Turn Signal Flasher (round, barrel looking thingie in the fuse panel)
Check voltage of Turn Signal Flasher P/OH wire Between fuse 5 and flasher)
Check voltage at C211 LB wire (6 wire terminal to turn signal lever)
Replace turn signal lever (you already have)
Now, this is from the '85 EVTM, so I am thinking it is the same. If someone else can chime in with a difference, then cool.

Huh?Originally posted by jamman16 View Posti have to remove the guage cluster for that right how dose that speedo cable come off?
You got to them once already. Per your first post, "oh and i took a look at the lights in the cluster the filaments are intact any idea's on what it could be ?".
The bulbs mount (push in) to the socket, so per the above statement, you had the part out once already.
To remove the speedo cable, you pinch and twist the white housing of the cable end. No tools required.
No you don't have to remove the cluster.
