dennis_sly_side.jpg (9985 bytes)I acquired this car from a long time friend, I have known him since I was two, we grew up on the same street and went to the same schools, who bought the car from his brother. I told him when he first got the car that if was ever going to sell the car I wanted the first chance to buy it. He drove it for a few years and didn't take very good car of it, finally he blew a head gasket. The shop told him that it would be $800 dollars and they couldn't guarantee that there was no further damage to the motor. So he bought a Honda Civic and gave me the SVO with the blown gasket. I took it apart in my garage and replaced the head gasket. I then took it to a body shop and had
them strip the car, they even took out the windshield to check for rust, and replace the original paint with matching color base coat clear coat. I had a local shop do most of the mods. I have recently installed the T3/T4 Hybrid turbo. I am now in the process of tuning the car, fuel pressure , and I have an Ford Motorsport adjustable cam sprocket that I need to install. That's were I am today. I hope to drive it to the Reunion 99.
