86 with a very tired body, but mechanically in decent shape.  We are presently racing the car in F Stock class in the Houston Region SCCA.   I placed 3rd in class last year, and Barbara placed 5th in class, her first year to autocross.  The car is a real hoot to drive, we just wished the A/C worked!

Drivetrain Modifications:

Can't mod the car much, as we run in FStock.  We're concentrating on bringing the car back up to factory spec.

Suspension Modifications:

None yet.  If we move to Street Prepared class next year, we will install some MS springs, boxed rear LCA's, front strut supports and lower frame braces.   We have new Koni struts and shocks, but plan to wait until we make a decision on what class to run next year before putting them on.

Interior/Exterior Modifications:

The previous owners did all of the interior and exterior modifications :-).   We plan on replacing the rear quarter panels and many of the interior trim pieces so the car looks a little better.

Future Modifications:

First of all, we want to get the car back to factory specs.  This will mean replacing a lot of bushings, etc.  We may go with the replacement tubular front LCAs, if budget will allow.  Then, we will graft on a pair of rear quarter panels that are a little straighter than the ones currently on the car.  If we go ESP, or other, we plan to go as far as we can in that class without cutting the car up.  The whole exhaust will be replaced with probably a complete 3" system and either a ported E6 or ATR header.  We may even try to replace the cam and play with advance adjustments
