Nice to see that the car is progressing! I felt sick when I learned about the transport damage. Gray trim or black trim, it's good to see the car coming back to life!

Thanks for the eagle eye! He is pulling the pistons and replaceing them with the proper ones. The tranny is now rebuilt and he is putting new urethane bushings in today. Hopefully this will part will be complete by the end of next week. Then its off to the paint booth, then comes the (hopefully) last stage of the rebuild, the interior. Gotta get with paul soon for some parts and dye! I will post more pics when I get them!

Yes while it isn't exactly 4E I think it looks really good. Kinda makes me wish it was the correct color. With the grey trim it should look like factory.

Which would be nice if his car was a 92 but it's not. If you were wanting to keep some of the car's value of it being an actual 4E SVO ... then you should correct the paint that's on it.
