I'll plead the fifth on that one! No wait, you've already had it, I'm too late.

That really looks nice. I'd love to see the finished car in person.
Any chance you are bringing it to the Reunion in October?

That would mean I would have to finish it between now and then. If that gray goose of yours stays away I might have a chance!

Got a chance to get some more work done on the car. Some color sanding, painted the rear hatch, gas cap, splats, front bumper and rear bumper. Started to hang some fenders, the front hood, the rear hatch, back bumper. The struts are back in, and the wiring harness has been restrung around the bay. Got the brake lines back in but still need to paint the brake booster and remount it.

Got the rear hatch in but one of the hinges is sprung. Sandblasted and painted another set of hinges. Its getting close to painting the interior time! The hood scoop ring got painted too. Spent half the day looking for the door handles. My one month project just past the 1.75 year mark, but it looks like I'm gonna beat 2 years! I seem to do most of my work on the car when I get back from being out of town.

I could always import Pat, just need to hide the Dewars, the Margarettaville, and other assorted liquid vivations!

I know, but I really wanted to bring the 85.5, but I need a set of rods for it. Probably some tires too. And some race seats

Got more color sanding done especially on the body. Still have the roof and fenders to do. If I can find the light bar I will hang the front bumper. Got the door handles in, need to put in the locks.

The area that I repaired on the front bumper by the passenger marker light didn't come out too bad. Ordered inside markers today and need to start polishing the outer markers soon.

I have been pretty busy lately. I sold 2 pieces of rental property to the boys and have been refurbishing them. New roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, updating windows, refinishing floors, painting, ect. Just finished the mechanical and power on the first project and my son moved in. Only thing left is putting insulation in the attic on Sunday. The second house has been stripped down, outside painting is done and so is the roof. Started on putting back and finishing the doors and windows in time for the cool weather. Dropped off the fastback to the media blaster on Tuesday and have started to procure all of those parts that I misplaced for taking so long to get this thing done. Thanks Andy for the side moldings! They were at the house when I got home Thursday. The only other pieces that I need are the trim moldings on the drivers door. I have not been able to find them yet. I will probably bring the car home monday so I can finish it up.
