I have seen a couple of SVO's with the saleen speedline wheels, do they fit without any modification? Thanks.

Can't answer that one for you since these aren't those wheels but I do believe some modification will be needed no matter what wheels you want.

Does anyone know the range of offset that can be run on a wheel for the svo? For example would anything between 42mm-44mm work?

It's been awhile since I thought this out .. but I think it's anything from 38-42mm .. as long as the width of the wheel is close to that of stock. You could go 1/2 to maybe 1" wider than stock ... but you're on your own after that.

2000 Cobra R wheels

Just wondering if anyone has tried out the Cobra R wheels from Latemodel Restoration Suppy? They have 18x9 wheels with the correct offset for the SVO.

The Calendar they have in 5.0 Mustang mag has an SVO with the wheels on it. Just curious if they will even come close to fitting?

Ok, I think I have this straight. I looks like the 16x7.5 02' V6 wheel might work. The extra 1/2 inch will be split between the inner and outer lip compared to the SVO wheel. Has anyone tried to center cap on an 02'-04' V6 wheel?

The '99-'04 V6 wheels will fit with no problems. I have the 5 spoke argents on mine and the car is lowered about 1.5 - 2".

What size tires are you running? I did some more measuring, the V6 wheel will stick out 7/8 inch more that the SVO wheel but the 17x8 V8 wheel will stick out 1 1/8 more.

What size tires are you running? I did some more measuring, the V6 wheel will stick out 7/8 inch more that the SVO wheel

I'm running the stock size, 225/50 -16s.

GAboy is right I had those wheels on my SVO, they do stick out quite a lot.

i have a 84 svo with the 98 style Cobra R's 17x9's all the way around. They are off a 94 Mustang GT. The back is Goodyear Eagle F1's 275/40/17 and up front i have Kumho Escta 711's 245/45/17. The only thig is that they stick out a little, but it looks real good from behind the car. I didn't have to do any thing but put the wheels on my car no mods to instal them.
