  • Man that thing is looking just to purdy!! You should consider getting some different springs under her though, the stock 4x4 look just really doesn't do our cars justice, IMHO.

    • It usually doesn't sit that high. When I jacked up the the car to put the wheels on the suspension hadn't really settled back. I didn't really want to bounce on my freshly painted bumper.

        • I'm hoping soon. The only things left are the Spats, Rocker Moldings, Body Side Moldings, Dew wipe/moldings and the windows trim moldings. I had to track down a correct window trim molding in a junk yard this weekend. We both missed it during prep but, the driver side door was a newer door "that was replaced sometime". The molding stopped at the mirror . So after 5 hornet bee stings I was able to get the correct one. I guess it's not a restoration if there isn't some level pain.. LOL ..

          • 5 bee-stings for a correct trim piece, sounds reasonable, carry on

                              • Thanks for all the positive comments. I'll start posting interior progress soon. I'm pulling the dash this weekend and redoing all the heating and AC work. I need to order the AC Kit from late model restoration do a complete 134 change over.
