Also, I would put the wheels on before lowering. They're pretty wide, even with 245s rubbing is a concern in the rear without rolling any fenders.

thats funny, I put 10th anni wheels on my car with stock rotors and they fit fine.

Yeah, don't know what to say. But it's not just the SVT cap, keeping the long dustcap from going through, it's the diameter of the hole in the middle of the wheel.

My 95 Cobra R's (the real ones) fit over my SVO, but a friend added SVO rotors to his 85 Mustang to get 5 lug, and ended up having to take a die grinder to his Cobra R's to clearance them.

I am running two different bullit wheels both aftermarket 17x9's one set is polished with my victoracers mounted on them offset is 6and 3/8th fits just fine no rubbing at all and that is with 255/40/17 in front they were my street wheels until i just recently put black bullits on it for street those offset are 6 and 7/8th it's what really fits great in back with no rub but that offset will not work in the front without running 1/2 inch spacer that is what i did works great again no rubbing. If you want to run 17x9's all the way around you need atleast 6and 3/8th's in front and 6 and 7/8th's out back with a hub bore of 40mm matching 95 cobra R.Oh and my tire out back is 275/40/17 fits great with the 6 and 7/8th's offset the 6 and 3/8th's that i had on there was a little rubbing in back but very minimal. If you have any questions i would glad to help done alot of checking on what does fit and what don't.

          • Daaamn, I found these on Evilbay. There are 2-17x9 (+26mm offset with 6.11 backspace) for the front and 2-17x10.5 (+27mm offset with 6.9 backspace).

Will they fit? By the way, here's the sexiness:

I would have to say no by the mm size that is like a V8 spec and being a 17x9 it will stick out you need atleast a 36mm in front running a 17x9 and in back running a 17x10.5 it would have to be a 40 mm plus to keep it inside fender.

                  Luvtolean,

What is the part number of your rims?

What size tires are you running?

Is your car lowered and if so what kind of springs?

I would have to check and see if i could find out part # my tire size is 255/40/17 in front and 275/40/17 in back that is street and racing is 255/40/17 all the way around yes it is lowered with motorsport c springs up front and the back is lowered by using kenny brown's track kit plus with pan hard bar it lowers the car with stock rear springs by changing the suspension geometry works great but the only thing i have been having a little trouble finding a stiffer rear spring i don't want it to stiff because you don't want a stiff spring out back autocrossing.

                    • This place has tons of aftermarket copies of Ford OE wheels, quite a few factory 17 and 18 inch wheels made in 16x8 with various offsets.

This one would look good and add .6 inch to the inside and .4 inch to the outside. Center caps fitment are a different story, they look cheesy anyway.

                      • So does anybody know if the 05/06 Mustang Bullits fit with no clearance issues on a lowered SVO, say 1.5" drop? I got someone sellin a take off set for $500 w/brand new 235/55/17 tires on them.

the 55s will rub on a lowered car. drop it to a 45 and you will be fine. I had the 55s on my car and they rubbed but on a stock height car it is cool.

                          • Found these on V6mustangstuff.com Offers 40mm offset and that center cap looks like it would provide some clearance for the dust cap
